PAYMENT METHOD

It’s easy to pay for your latest JAXX haul. We accept a variety of payment methods including

 

CREDIT CARDS

Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

BUY NOW, PAY LATER

With Afterpay you can split the cost of your order over multiple payments.

 

STORE CREDIT AND GIFT VOUCHERS

You can also use store credit or a gift voucher to pay for your order. Each gift voucher and store credit carries an individual code. You must enter this when completing the checkout. Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase. Store Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store Credits and Gift Vouchers are non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

PAYMENT SECURITY

All transactions submitted through our website are protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties.

 

JAXX is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. While we make every endeavour to ensure every shopping experience with us is a good one, in the event a credit card is used without the holder's authorisation, the card holder must notify their credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures.

We offer $8 flat rate express shipping across Australia and ship all our orders using Express Post by Australia Post.
Australia Post delivers during standard office hours, so please make sure that someone is available to accept your order.
We’re currently working on JAXX global domination and will be shipping worldwide soon. If you’re interested in shopping and you’re based outside of Australia, please get in touch and tell us where you’re from!

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO GET TO ME?

Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday AEST will be shipped the same day.
JAXX HQ is based in the sunshine-soaked tropics of Townsville, North Queensland. Our delivery times may take an extra day to get to you than brands based in larger cities. We’re really grateful that you’re choosing to support a trailblazing, regional business like ours and like to think that the best things come to those who wait.
As a guide, this is how long delivery should take:
North Queensland (Mackay to Cairns and Mt Isa): 1-2 business days.
Australian Metro or Large Regional Cities: 1-3 business days.
Rest of Australia: 3-7 business days.

 

HOW IS COVID-19 AFFECTING ORDERS?

Due to COVID-19 regulations and restrictions, Australia Post currently does not require a signature to deliver. You may experience a delay in your delivery due to extended processing time by Australia Post. We are doing our best to make sure your order gets delivered to you as quickly as possible. On the rare occasion your delivery is delayed, please track your delivery using the Australia Post website.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order please contact our team immediately by emailing care@jaxx.com.au.

We pack and ship orders daily, so cannot guarantee that your requests can be met as we cannot make any changes to your order after it leaves our care.

PRE-ORDERS

The JAXX range is often made of limited-edition, made-to-order pieces that we know you don’t want to miss out on. 

On certain styles, you can pre-order for items that are coming soon, but not yet in stock. This will be indicated on the product listing. When placing a pre-order your payment method will be charged for pre-order item/s and any shipping costs at the point of placing your order. Your order will be dispatched to you as soon as the items arrive in our warehouse. The estimated arrival date for the item will be displayed on the product page. However, please be aware that sometimes, due to reasons out of our control this can change.

BACK IN STOCK

Sometimes our styles are so popular they sell out very quickly. We always try to restock these items when we can (but we can’t guarantee it!). If you’ve missed out on something that you really want to get your hands on hit the ‘Notify me when back in stock’ button, provide your email address if or and when it becomes available we will get in touch. Please note that by providing your email address you are consenting to receive relevant marketing information from JAXX, which you can opt out of at any time. Returns

We want everyone to love their JAXX order and completely adore shopping with us. If you need to return an item please find out how below.

 

RETURNS POLICY

If you change your mind or your item does not fit you can change your item for a Store Credit note or an exchange, subject to the following conditions;

  • Item/s must be returned with the order form they arrived with;
  • Item/s must be returned within 14 days of delivery;
  • Item/s must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with all tags attached;
  • Item/s returned must not be stained or marked by make-up, self-tanning products, lotions or deodorant;
  • We are unable to accept returns on swimwear, bodysuits and accessories for hygiene reasons.

If your item is unavailable in your alternate size we will automatically process a Store Credit on your behalf. Please see Store Credit for details of how to redeem this.
We carefully check your items before we ship them to you, but should you believe there is a fault with your item please email us to let us know so that we can assess this and provide you with the best possible solution. We try to avoid unnecessary waste and reduce the amount of clothing that goes to landfill by repairing garments if possible, before offering a Store Credit or exchange.
Wedo our best to process refunds daily but please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

If your item or order complies with our Returns Policy above, there are two ways that you can return your item:
In Store: Return your item in person for a Store Credit or exchange at our sister store Stellar Moda, Shop 1/8 Palmer St, South Townsville QLD 4810.
By Post:
Please do not post items back to us without completing the below process or else we may not be able to process your refund. To return an item by post you need to request a returns authorisation number.

You can do this by:

  1. Selecting ‘request a return’ on our returns portal
  2. Input your order number and order email address
  3. Check your email for details on how to return your item including the returns authorisation number which you must have to send your return.
  4. You must pay in full for the return postage and we strongly suggest that you return your items using registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. JAXX takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return.
  5. You will receive updates via email once we receive your parcel and again when we have processed your return
