We want everyone to love their JAXX order and completely adore shopping with us. If you need to return an item please find out how below.
If you change your mind or your item does not fit you can change your item for a Store Credit note or an exchange, subject to the following conditions;
- Item/s must be returned with the order form they arrived with;
- Item/s must be returned within 14 days of delivery;
- Item/s must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with all tags attached;
- Item/s returned must not be stained or marked by make-up, self-tanning products, lotions or deodorant;
- We are unable to accept returns on swimwear, bodysuits and accessories for hygiene reasons.
If your item is unavailable in your alternate size we will automatically process a Store Credit on your behalf. Please see Store Credit for details of how to redeem this.
We carefully check your items before we ship them to you, but should you believe there is a fault with your item please email us to let us know so that we can assess this and provide you with the best possible solution. We try to avoid unnecessary waste and reduce the amount of clothing that goes to landfill by repairing garments if possible, before offering a Store Credit or exchange.
Wedo our best to process refunds daily but please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
If your item or order complies with our Returns Policy above, there are two ways that you can return your item:
In Store: Return your item in person for a Store Credit or exchange at our sister store Stellar Moda, Shop 1/8 Palmer St, South Townsville QLD 4810.
Please do not post items back to us without completing the below process or else we may not be able to process your refund. To return an item by post you need to request a returns authorisation number.
You can do this by:
- Selecting ‘request a return’ on our returns portal
- Input your order number and order email address
- Check your email for details on how to return your item including the returns authorisation number which you must have to send your return.
- You must pay in full for the return postage and we strongly suggest that you return your items using registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. JAXX takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return.
- You will receive updates via email once we receive your parcel and again when we have processed your return
