CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order please contact our team immediately by emailing care@jaxx.com.au.

We pack and ship orders daily, so cannot guarantee that your requests can be met as we cannot make any changes to your order after it leaves our care.

PRE-ORDERS

The JAXX range is often made of limited-edition, made-to-order pieces that we know you don’t want to miss out on. 

On certain styles, you can pre-order for items that are coming soon, but not yet in stock. This will be indicated on the product listing. When placing a pre-order your payment method will be charged for pre-order item/s and any shipping costs at the point of placing your order. Your order will be dispatched to you as soon as the items arrive in our warehouse. The estimated arrival date for the item will be displayed on the product page. However, please be aware that sometimes, due to reasons out of our control this can change.

BACK IN STOCK

Sometimes our styles are so popular they sell out very quickly. We always try to restock these items when we can (but we can’t guarantee it!). If you’ve missed out on something that you really want to get your hands on hit the ‘Notify me when back in stock’ button, provide your email address if or and when it becomes available we will get in touch. Please note that by providing your email address you are consenting to receive relevant marketing information from JAXX, which you can opt out of at any time.
